Hala Tree Coffee uses the wet fermented method. This means after hand picking each coffee cherry we remove the fruit from the coffee bean. The bean is then washed and left to ferment overnight. After fermentation we lay all the coffee beans on the drying deck until they are dry. Our coffee club member receive a variety of benefits:
