Our trees have grown on the volcanic slopes above Captain Cook for more than a hundred years, and this is the cup they’re best known for. We hand-pick every cherry at peak ripeness, then process and roast it right on the farm in small batches — so freshness is never a question.
The result is a medium roast that’s easy to live with: balanced, gently sweet, and bright enough to stay interesting cup after cup. It’s what we reach for on an ordinary morning, and what most people come back for.
Tasting notes: black tea, red fruit, blackcurrant, light molasses, and a soft, creamy finish.
