Red Bourbon is one of the great heirloom coffee varieties, long prized for its natural sweetness and depth — and ours earned a 93 cupping score to prove it. It’s a low-yielding, delicate variety to grow, which makes every harvest limited and well worth the patience.
The cup is generous and well-balanced — sweet and softly fruity, with a full, syrupy body that makes it easy to drink and hard to put down. A quietly impressive coffee that doesn’t need to announce itself.
Tasting notes: grape, green apple, maple syrup, cacao nibs, soft fruit, and sweet spice over a full, syrupy body.

This is my wife's favorite. The unique flavor and the smooth finish are the best we have found from Hawaii. We order ever year after the cupping contest. This won several years ago and even if we order from another grower, HALA TREE and the Red Bourbon are always in our pantry
