After being hand picked, the coffee beans are pulped but not washed or fermented- leaving all of the natural sugars on the beans to be caramelized during the drying and roasting process. This process makes the coffee taste sweeter and less acidic. This Medium roast brings pleasant fruit notes and smoothness to your cup.
