c. Begin your pour by wetting the coffee grounds with a small amount of hot water (about twice the weight of coffee grounds) and let it bloom for 30-45 seconds.

d. Slowly and steadily pour the remaining water in concentric circles, starting from the center and spiraling outward.

e. Maintain a consistent pour rate to keep the water level constant.f. Aim for a total brew time of 2-3 minutes for a balanced cup.
