Our trees have grown on the volcanic slopes above Captain Cook for more than a hundred years, and this is the cup they’re best known for. We hand-pick every cherry at peak ripeness, then process and roast it right on the farm in small batches — so freshness is never a question.

HALA TREE MEDIUM ROAST KONA Coffee
an excellent coffee Farm/bean that delivery a very enjoyable cup of coffee !Their "tasting notes" dark chocolate, black currants and black tea very very accurate in my opinion/to my taste.I've now brewed this coffee using a french press and my pour over system...both ways delivered an excellent cup of coffee>

Amazing coffee
I found Hala Tree coffee in an airport gift shop a year ago on a layover back to the continental US. Loved it and ordered more via shipment. Last February I was in Kona HI for a vacation and we were able to visit Hala Tree in person… along w other coffee really good coffee plantations while we were on the big island. Hands down - Hala Tree was the best of them all. We still order our coffee from Hala Tree ( we treat ourselves in the weekends). My favorite is the medium roast. Smooth and so flavorful!!!! Still a big fan of Hala tree.
